Welcome to Portrait Photography In London. I love photography and will be posting anything and everything to do with my hobbie and the city I love. So everything from different portrait styles to great locations that i have found on my travels. I’ll also post links and info on any interesting photography exhibitions that I have found too.
A bit about me:
I’m a bit of a creative fellow and have always enjoyed photography. A few years ago I decided to actually do a few courses to improve my skills and I’m now a part time freelance photographer. I have my full-time 9-5 job and usually do a few photo shoots in the evenings and weekends. It’s basically a paid hobby which is awesome – being paid for doing something that you love!
Portrait Photography
I LOVE IT!!! This is where my main passion lies. I love family portraits. I think it’s a very special thing being let into the lives of people and capturing moments that they will look back on and hand down to other generations to come. I take portrait photos for couples, individuals just wanting some nice photos taking, models building a portfolio, creative people for marketting… I even do corporate headshots where I go into an organisation to meet the team and photograph them. Yes I love it all.
Event Photography
I also really enjoy this type of photography. Basically, any type of photography that involves photographing people. I have been the event photographer in London for parties, charity events, corporate events and other social events.
Portrait Photography Locations in Lonon: Battersea Park
As a London Portrait Photographer I was recommended Battersea park by a friend. What can I say… how beautiful is this setting. True the snow makes most photographs look beautiful so let me give you a few more snaps:
This is a great back-drop for portrait photography.
The good thing about Battersea Park is that there are beautiful flowers everywhere that you can use as a backdrop to make excellent portrait photographs. Just increase the depth to make everything very blury in the background and use the different colours of the flowers to add feeling to your portrait photos.
Don’t worry… there will be more to come.

Hi everyone! Feel free to leave posts. Also feel free to make other suggestions on good portrait photography locations in London.
